I love to skin brush! Have you ever skin brushed before? If you have, you will immediately be feeling that tingling sensation all over your body! You know what I am talking about! oh yes, it’s delightful!
The results are really appreciated after a regular routine of skin brushing has occurred. Immediately your skin is soft after a brushing, and then it really starts to get soft. The dry itching feeling goes away! Even without a single drop of coconut oil! I love it when my feet start feeling like feathers. I love to rub them around each other. Even better I love my toes sucked on, and I love it even better when they feel soft as a feather and super lickable! 
try it you guys, seriously try it. It’s so HOT! Shone turned me on to it!
I would have to say that Elaina Love has my favorite instructions ever for skin brushing. The only draw back is that it is in VHS.

For now, you can still get started. Looking for an incredible skin brush? While I was a massage therapist I became aware of this one, and I love it! skin brush by elemis This one in particular is made out of cactus bristles, and it has the most incredible brushing ability! Well worth the price.

If you are new to skin brushing, allow your skin some time to adjust. I love to brush the skin right off my body, however when you first get started, especially with the cactus brush, you might want to move forward slowly.
Why Skin Brush?
If having the most softest skin ever isn’t reason enough, then how about because it helps strengthen your immune system, it helps tone muscle, it helps circulation, and it helps with ingrown hairs in your arm pits and around your more intimately shaven parts! the list goes on and on and on. Do some research, you’ll find quickly how much you wish to start brushing right away. Remember, it’s dry skin brushing. You brush before you get into the shower! That way it’s easy to brush and exfoliate the top layer of skin, before you apply coconut oil after your shower!
healthy skin makes you feel like a million dollars! give it a try, you’ll soon find out how many people want to be next to you!
